We're a US-based team, and we take user feedback seriously. When a contractor tells us something is broken or missing, we fix it. When a locksmith tells us they need to invoice faster from the field, we build for that. The features in KoPay exist because real businesses told us they needed them.
The processing fee pass-through feature — our most-used and most-loved — came directly from contractors who were tired of watching 3% disappear off every card payment. It's now baked into the core of the product and available to every business type we serve.
KoPay is currently free during our early access beta. We'll announce paid plans well in advance and give early users priority access to any launch pricing. There are no surprises.
